Andrew Porter

Andrew Porter is the Practice Manager for Michael T. Leonard, ChFC®, CRPC® at Academy Financial, Inc. He joined the firm after completing a year-long internship during his final year at Towson University, where he earned a degree in Financial Economics. As Practice Manager, Andrew oversees the daily operations of the practice, ensuring client service, advisor support, and internal processes run efficiently and accurately. He plays a central role in coordinating account activity, preparing and processing client paperwork, managing workflows, and maintaining the overall organization and execution of the practice. Andrew works closely with advisors and clients to support a high level of service and consistency across all aspects of the business. Andrew holds his Series 7 registration through LPL Financial and is currently working toward additional certifications. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and watching the Baltimore Ravens.
